A truly wonderful stay – beyond expectations! The hotel is located in a convenient and pleasant area, close to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, which made everything very accessible. The room was very clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. The hotel staff were kind, professional, and always available to help with a smile and genuine care. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt well taken care of. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a high standard of service and complete peace of mind. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended

I absolutely loved my stay here. The location couldn’t be better — the hotel is right on the corner of Mariahilfer Strasse, so you're just steps away from shops, cafés, and the U3 underground station. It made everything so convenient, but the hotel itself still felt calm and comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else was just lovely. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. I felt completely safe during my stay, as I always do in Vienna. All in all, it was a really warm and welcoming place — I’d happily stay again!

We didn’t experience any problems. • The hotel is very close to the Westbahnhof and other transportation options. Also the hotel is within walking distance of all shops, markets and other businesses. (You can go to the center in 5 minutes by taking the U-Bahn)

The location is not in the tourist area, which is not so bad, because after noisy places it is very nice to return to a quiet area. The room is a little dusty, but overall clean, the staff is friendly, you can leave your luggage for storage, there is an elevator. Nearby there is a metro, bus stops, delicious places, a street with shops for shopping. There were no disposable slippers, but it is not critical. There was a kettle, water, tea in the room.

There were three of us in the room and at times it felt a bit crowed, but that didn't come as a surprise. The beds were good.
